Fouda Karim Usama

I'm Karim Usama Fouda, a former fin swimming world champion and online fitness coach with a BSc in Physical Education and Sports Science from Helwan University. For about 8 years I've run The Iconic Program, a 1-on-1 coaching service for body transformation, fat loss, strength and athletic performance, delivering 4,000+ hours of 1-on-1 coaching since 2023. My approach is data-driven: every program starts from fitness test results, progresses in RPE-based 5-week blocks, and tracks every set and rep, paired with a personalised nutrition plan. I coach in English and Arabic. Certified by ISSA (CFT) and ASCA (Swim Coach Levels 1-3), with CPR and First Aid.
