From 2017 to 2025, I worked at the SZSZC (Vocational Training Center), where I taught English as a foreign language to students enrolled in vocational training programs. Those eight years were extremely formative for my professional development. The vocational training environment taught me flexibility, a high degree of patience, and the importance of strong differentiation. I often encountered students for whom learning a foreign language was a challenge, so I learned how to make my lessons practical, engaging, and motivating. Over the years, I have successfully prepared students for intermediate-level high school graduation exams, placing great emphasis on developing confident communication skills that can be immediately applied in everyday life—and later in the workforce. In my classes, I use a communication-focused approach. My primary goal is to create a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable speaking English and view making mistakes as a natural part of the learning process. I enjoy incorporating modern, interactive teaching methods, project-based work, and digital tools into the curriculum, which help me bring the language and Anglo-Saxon culture closer to today’s students in a more effective way.
