One rule, one line. Every service has a cancellation deadline: 24 hours before the session by default, 48 for some services. Cancel by then and you get the full price back, automatically.

How much does a session cost?
Experts set their own prices, and you see the price on the service page before you book. There's no sign-up or subscription fee for learners: you only pay for the sessions you book.
How do I pay?
By card, when you book, through Stripe. The invoice is issued by the expert.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancel by the service's cancellation deadline – 24 hours before the session by default, 48 hours for some services – and you get the full price back automatically. After the deadline there's no refund.
What if the expert doesn't show up?
For an online session we refund the full price automatically. For an in-person session, report it in the app and we'll look into it.

No. The session runs in your browser, and the link to join is in your booking. A camera and a microphone are all you need.
