Pro pays for itself above 74,988 Ft a month: from there, the lower commission saves you more than the subscription costs.
- Tutora pays Stripe's processing fee out of its own share: nothing is taken from you beyond the commission.
- It doesn't include your income tax or contributions. If you're VAT-registered, the VAT is inside your session price.
- It doesn't include the cost of your own Számlázz.hu or Billingo account, if you connect one.

Put out dated slots in a week or month view, copy a week several weeks ahead, and offer a series of 2 to 24 sessions. You set per slot how far ahead people can book. Every booking is confirmed the moment the learner pays, so there is nothing for you to approve.
Connect your Google Calendar: your Tutora slots go into it, your Google events show alongside them, and you decide on any clash.

A person reviews every application, and two things need to be in place before you can take paid bookings.

Our team reviews your application and approves each one individually. If something's missing, we'll tell you and you can add it.
Set up
Create your services, put out your slots, connect your Stripe account and complete your billing details.
First booking
Learners find you in the list and in search, then book and pay. Your share lands in your Stripe balance at payment.
Learners can book a paid session with you once your Stripe account is connected and your billing details are complete (name, address, tax status and, if you have one, tax number). You can prepare your services and slots before that.
A paid session costs at least 3,500 Ft.

What does Tutora charge?
A commission taken from each booking's price, at a rate that depends on your plan: Free 15% · Pro 7% · Premium 7%. Pro and Premium also have a monthly subscription; Free doesn't.
Who pays Stripe's processing fee?
Tutora does, out of its own share. Nothing is taken from you beyond the commission: your Stripe balance receives the session price minus the commission.
When do I get paid?
Your share lands in your Stripe balance at payment, and Stripe pays it out to your bank automatically on its own payout schedule.
How does invoicing work?
Connect your own Számlázz.hu or Billingo account. Every confirmed paid booking gets an invoice draft, which you issue in one click. Connecting is optional and available on every plan; the invoicing account's fee is yours.
What happens if a learner cancels?
You choose each service's cancellation deadline (24 or 48 hours). If the learner cancels before it, they get the full price back automatically; after it, they don't.
How do learners find me?
Your profile and services appear in the expert list and in search. The AI assistant can also recommend you when a learner's goal fits. Pro and Premium rank you higher in search.
Can I run group sessions?
Yes, on every plan. How many group sessions you can create a week, and how many people can join, depends on your plan – see the plans.
