Email Verification

After signup we send a confirmation link to your email. Verifying your email is mandatory before you can book sessions or appear publicly as an expert.

I didn't get the email

• Check spam / promotions folder
• Wait 1–2 minutes, then request a new verification link from the login screen
• Make sure your email address was typed correctly

Completing Your Profile

A complete profile is required before your first booking or service:

• Profile photo (your own real photo — Google profile pictures are not allowed)
• Full name
• Timezone
• Learners: learning goals

Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion under Settings → Account. Deletion becomes permanent after a 30-day grace period and can be cancelled during that window.
