Live Classroom: Joining & Troubleshooting
Joining a Class
The session becomes joinable 15 minutes before start time in the Classroom Hub. Click Join on the matching booking.
Requirements
- Modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox)
- Microphone and camera permissions enabled
- Stable internet (min. 2 Mbps)
One-Device Rule
You can only be in a session from one device at a time. Joining from a new device automatically disconnects the old one.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| No one can hear/see me | Allow mic/camera in browser settings |
| Choppy video | Disable background blur, lower resolution |
| Can't join | Refresh the page; check no payment is pending |
Payment Block
Learners cannot join a session if payment is still pending. Complete it under My Bookings.
